"Walked over to William Windham's Shoe Repair after hearing from my co-worker that she took a pair shoes to get repaired and was satisfied with the service. Brought my black leather boots to get repaired because the strap around the ankle of the boot came undone. Had a screw/button that kept the strap around. Mr. William took a look at it and said that it may be an easy fix. Sure enough it was! He was a very nice man. Now I know where to take my shoes whenever they need a fixin."
